‘Drought’ now available in North America!

“Hannah and Megan have created a thoughtful, charming, and heartwarming film that the whole family can enjoy together. I’m so proud that Duplass Brothers could play a small part in bringing this little piece of magic into the world."

‘Drought’

Official Trailer

Coming Soon. It’s 1993 and North Carolina is experiencing a historic drought. Carl, who is on the autism spectrum and fascinated by weather, predicts that a storm will soon hit nearby. His sister Sam crafts a plan to help him chase the storm, stealing their mother’s ice cream truck to embark on a road trip about family, forgiveness, and following your dreams.

Drought is a delightful and reflective comedic-drama, unafraid to examine how we shield ourselves by protecting the ones we love and embracing what it means to have a family—“normal” or not.”
